I explored two directions. One gave birth to ClassX. The other is more ambitious and will require new structures to create.
1. The Post-Industrial Revolution Education System
A vision for how education must evolve beyond structures shaped by the industrial age, toward a system aligned with the needs of today’s learners and tomorrow’s world.
This idea is concrete and actionable. I created ClassX to bring it to life as a cross-border university that connects learners to hands-on learning in their own cities.

2. A New Global Collaboration System: New Governance
A vision for how technology and collective intelligence can reimagine governance, creating systems that enable inclusive, transparent, and sustainable global collaboration.
This idea is more complex. It requires more than a single venture; it calls for new structures capable of enabling collaboration at a global scale. I worked on this for ten years, creating and iterating in Tunisia and exploring with digital native movements across Africa how to make systemic, bottom-up building possible. Just as groups of people once came together to create the UN, the EU, and the World Bank Group, digital natives will need to gather and use today’s tools to design a new system — a new political and economic coalition, DAO, token, perhaps. Let’s see.
